We all, inherently, contain the ability to move toward healing. Imagine a path and let's forge a way...

Welcome. If you are in search of a therapist you’re about to take a meaningful step toward creating a healthier, more integrated, and more empowered existence. Sometimes we arrive at a place where we feel lost, stuck, or overwhelmed and need help finding a more peaceful and balanced path. A trained therapist can assist you in navigating past the barriers that stand between where you are and where you want to be. I believe that our connection with our therapist is the most important aspect of our therapy. Therefore, I offer a free 20 minute consultation over the phone to determining if we're a good fit. If we're not, I will be happy to refer you to others who may be a better match.
