This workshop will be for those who have taken a first introductory workshop or clinician's workshop, or those who have had some other formal instruction in Focusing. There will be some small amount of instruction, but the workshop will almost entirely consist of practicing the role of companion. We'll discuss challenges that come up in exchanges, learn from each other on how to be better Focusing partners, and all get to do a lot of Focusing. A workshop like this, or some other formal practice and instruction, is essential if you want to participate in Focusing exchanges the free monthly our Changes group. Even if you've already been to a Focusing partnership workshop this would be great practice and a chance to further explore Focusing in partnership further.
